She was the seventh born and only female surviving into adulthood. She was born and grew up in Jellico. She met Odell Owens and has one son. Later she married Rafel Vencint Foley and had three childen. She and Vince lived in Newcomb and later moved their family to Indianapolis, Indiana where they lived until passing.
